Cornwall Public Inquiry

Donald McDougald

Monsignor Donald McDougald is priest in the Diocese of Alexandria-Cornwall.

Monsignor McDougald served as Vicar General Diocese.  He is one of a group of priests who along with former Bishop Eugene Larocque initiated legal action against a number of parties.

Ron Leroux alleges he was sexually abused as a boy by Monsignor Donald McDougald.

Monsignor McDougald did not testify at the Cornwall Public Inquiry. Health concerns were cited and accepted as sufficient grounds to be excused.
