Police arrested and charged Bryan Clouthier, 56, of Cornwall for possession of child pornography Wednesday.

An unnamed complainant alleged Clouthier man was in possession of child pornography and police were called. During the investigation that followed, which began in May, still images were located on a computer.

Clouthier was then charged and released to appear in court on Sept 4.

Police spokesman Blake Paquin said there were no indications Clouthier had been making child pornography or that he was part of a ring to distribute child pornography.

why are people so sick dont they see the effect it has on the childs future .people like this should all be forced to live on an island alone somewhere and be abused themselves and see how they like it.I think a person that abuses a child in this matter should be eligable for the death sentance all the pain and trauma that the person can inflict on an innocent child there is no excuse but plain sickness. If they do this whats saying they would not harm an elderly person that may be confined to a wheelchair or a bed its the same concept there helpless like a child.all kids need love and attention but not from a sick individual that wants to ruin a life for there own pleasure if there pleasure is another ones pain give them pain and then maybe then these people will think twice of ever touching or trying to hurt the innocent ever again.
