Jeff Carroll

Jeff Carroll is a Detective Sgt. with the Cornwall Police Service. He joined the force in 1986. Carroll was the investigative officer after the suicide of ex-priest and paedophile Richard Hickerson. He also "investigated" Marc Latour's sex abuse allegations against RC teacher Gild Greggain .
