Bill Carriere 

Bill Carriere worked for the Children’s Aid Society (CAS) of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry for 33 years, from 1973 to 2006.   Mr. Carriere held a variety of positions within the agency, including that of Director of Protection. Bill Carriere testified at the Cornwall Public Inquiry 09, 10, 11 September and 14, 14 October 2008.
