Carol Cardinal 

Carol Cardinal is an employee of the Ontario Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.  She started to work as a volunteer in the Cornwall Probation and Parole office in 1981.  On 10 May 1982 she was hired to replace Nelson Barque. Barque had been permitted to resign after acknowledging he sexual assaulted a probationer.
