Kevin Upper (C-4)

Kevin Upper testified under a pre-existant publication ban and was gvien the moniker moniker C-4.  The ban was lifted after his testimony was completed.  Kevin testifed he was sexually abused by Father Charles MacDonald at a cottage in Eganville, Ontario in 1981
