Lenna Bradburn 

Lenna Bradburn was manager of the Independent Investigations Unit (IIU) with the Ontario Ministry of the Solicitor General and Correctional Services from December 1993 to December 1994.  She was contacted by Regional Manager Bill Roy in December 1993 about David Silmser’s allegations he and others had been sexually abused by Cornwall probation officer Ken Seguin.

Bradburn testified at the Cornwall Public Inquiry 11 & 12 December 2007.  She testified she had no independent recollection of any of her dealings with the allegations.
