Cornwall Man Faces Nine Sex Related Charges

July 16, 2008 — Nine sex related charges have been laid against a Cornwall man following alleged encounters with his step daughter. A 61 year old is facing three counts each of sexual assault, sexual interference and sexual exploitation. Police say the incidents occurred over the past year and the victim was ten years old at the time. The suspect's name is not being released as it could identify the victim.
