Cornwall Public Inquiry Commissioner to announce members of Advisory Panel

(Cornwall, ON) Justice G. Normand Glaude, Commissioner of the Cornwall Public Inquiry, will announce the members of the Inquiry’s Advisory Panel on July 26, 2006.

The panel will play a vital role in the Inquiry’s Phase 2 mandate to foster a healing environment for the Cornwall community. An extensive process was undertaken to ensure broad participation in the selection of panel members including the solicitation of input from the parties and the public.

The panel members will be announced at noon by the Commissioner. The announcement will be followed by an informal reception to which counsel and the public are invited. It will be held in the Hearings Room immediately after the Commissioner delivers his statement.
