Rick Abell (Richard)

Rick Abell worked with the Stormont Dundas Glengarry Children’s Aid Society from late 1989 to 2007.  He became Executive Director in 1990 a position which he held until his retirement.

Rick Abell testified at the Cornwall Public Inquiry 23, 24 October 2008.
